Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: June 30, 2026

2Flamingos: Dating & Social is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all users. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), and any activity that endangers minors.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy Against CSAE

2Flamingos strictly prohibits:

  • Creating, uploading, storing, sharing, requesting, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Sexual abuse, exploitation, or trafficking of minors.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to exploit minors.
  • Sexualized content involving minors.
  • Promoting, encouraging, or facilitating child exploitation.
  • Any activity violating applicable child protection laws.

Accounts involved in these activities are subject to immediate restriction, suspension, or permanent termination. Appropriate legal and reporting actions will be taken.

2. Age Requirement — 18+

2Flamingos is exclusively intended for adults aged 18 years or older. Minors are not permitted to register or use the application.

Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be disabled and removed in accordance with applicable legal and data retention obligations.

3. In-App Reporting Mechanism

2Flamingos provides users with an in-app reporting mechanism to raise safety concerns regarding profiles, messages, images, videos, and other user-generated content.

Users can report:

  • Suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Inappropriate or abusive profiles.
  • Offensive or illegal photos and videos.
  • Harassment, threats, and bullying.
  • Grooming, suspicious behavior, or trafficking.
  • Any other violation of our safety policies.

Reports may also be submitted to our designated Child Safety contact at info@myflamingoes.com.

4. CSAM Prevention and Handling

2Flamingos prohibits all forms of CSAM and maintains procedures for responding to suspected violations.

When potential CSAM is reported or detected, we:

  1. 1Prioritize the report for safety review.
  2. 2Assess the reported content and associated account.
  3. 3Restrict access to prohibited content when appropriate.
  4. 4Take necessary account enforcement actions.
  5. 5Preserve relevant information when legally required.
  6. 6Report to appropriate authorities when required by law.

Users should not download, redistribute, or forward suspected CSAM. Instead, they should use the reporting mechanism or contact the appropriate authorities.

5. Content Moderation

We use safety measures to identify and address objectionable or illegal content. These may include:

  • User-generated safety reports.
  • Human moderation and review.
  • Automated content detection where implemented.
  • Enforcement of Community Guidelines.
  • Account suspension and termination procedures.

We assess reports based on their nature and severity, prioritizing potential threats to child safety.

6. Enforcement Actions

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, 2Flamingos may:

  • Remove or restrict prohibited content.
  • Restrict user access to platform features.
  • Temporarily suspend offending accounts.
  • Permanently terminate violating accounts.
  • Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

Serious child exploitation violations may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

2Flamingos is committed to complying with applicable child protection laws, regulations, and reporting obligations in the jurisdictions where it operates.

Where legally required, we report confirmed Child Sexual Abuse Material and relevant illegal activities to appropriate regional or national authorities. We cooperate with lawful investigations and requests from relevant authorities.

8. User Responsibility

All users must comply with our Child Safety Standards, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.

Users are encouraged to report suspected exploitation promptly and must not engage in abusive, exploitative, or illegal activities involving minors.
